full range of motion
Flat bench press- 3 sets, 10-12 reps
bring down the bar to your nipple area. explode on the way up.
clean good reps, no half reps when you are a beginner.
proper arch on the back
Dumbell Flyes 3 sets, 10-12 reps
do not join your hands on the way up.
Push ups- 3 sets, 15-20 reps, only 30 seconds rest in between.
to activate slow twitch fibres.
